Build-A-Bear will design ads with the same experiential process of building a bear by allowing people to use the ads to create a product for themselves.

On digital busboards in major cities, consumers will be able to create their own Build-A-Bear ad, where they can dress a digital bear with decorative stickers and create their own headlines. These busboards will be placed in specific locations to target different interests, such as art museums, science centers, and stadiums.
When finished, a barcode will send information to the nearest Build-A-Bear, where the consumer can go and recreate the same bear.
